What is the meaning of Thulya?

Thulya is derived from the Malayalam word Thulyam, meaning 'balance' or 'equilibrium.' Thulya embodies this philosophy by creating jewellery that reflects the harmony between modern design and timeless craftsmanship, promoting the idea of The Art of Enough.

 

What makes Thulya jewellery unique?
Each piece at Thulya is handcrafted with a focus on balance, minimalism, and thoughtful design. Thulya jewellery is made using materials such as concrete, Sterling silver, anti-tarnish, hypoallergenic metal, lava stones, freshwater pearls and other semi-precious stones. The brand embraces sustainability by also creating jewellery from repurposed vintage jewellery and other materials and emphasizing the philosophy of The Art of Enough.

Are your jewellery pieces handmade?
Yes, all the jewellery pieces are carefully handcrafted by a single artist, ensuring uniqueness and attention to detail in every design.

Do you offer custom or personalized jewellery?
We offer customization only within the existing designs, such as adjustments in size, length, or choice of stones and beads. At the moment, we do not create entirely new custom designs based on client concepts.

How can I place an order?
You can place an order in the following ways:

Can I view your jewellery catalogue on WhatsApp?
Yes! You can browse our WhatsApp catalogue for available designs and place your order seamlessly. 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking through secure third-party payment gateways.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Since each piece is made to order, cancellations or modifications are not possible once production begins. Please reach out to us immediately after placing an order if any changes are needed. You can WhatsApp at +91 9740426881 

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?
In-stock items: Shipped within 2-5 working days.

Pre-orders & custom designs: Ship within 5-30 days.

Please refer to the product description for estimated shipping times.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within India. For international orders, please contact us to discuss possible options.

 

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your order using the provided link.

Returns & Exchanges

 

Do you accept returns?
As our jewellery is handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns. However, an exchange will be offered only in the case of damage during transit, subject to providing an unboxing video as proof. Please read our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges policy.

What if my product arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged during transit, please send us an unboxing video showing the package opening and the damage within 24 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange an exchange.

 

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Exchanges will be provided only in case of verified transit damage.

Product Care & Maintenance

How should I care for my jewellery?
To ensure the longevity of your jewellery:

  • Store in a dry place, preferably in the pouch provided.

  • Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.

  • Clean gently with a soft cloth after use.

  • Keep away from prolonged exposure to sunlight.

 

Will my jewellery tarnish over time?
Some materials, including sterling silver, naturally develop a patina over time. Regular care and storage in airtight containers can help prevent tarnishing. Sterling Silver can also be polished to restore its original shine if it tarnishes.

Packaging & Gifting

 

Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, all our jewellery comes beautifully packaged in eco-friendly materials, making it perfect for gifting. We also include a care guide and a thank you card in every package. 

 

Can I add a personalized note to my order?
Absolutely! You can leave a message during checkout, and we’ll include it with your gift.

Sustainability & Ethical Practices

Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes, we are committed to sustainable practices. Our packaging is eco-friendly, using materials like reusable kraft boxes, jute pouches, and minimal plastic.

 

Do you use repurposed materials in your jewellery?

Yes, we incorporate repurposed beads, pearls, and elements from old jewellery to craft new pieces, reducing waste and supporting sustainability. Pieces that contain repurposed materials will be clearly labelled as REPURPOSED/UPCYCLED.

No, Thulya is an online-only store.
